  • Friday August 2nd is also opening night for the Kimball Arts Festival so it will be quite lively on Main Street. Please plan accordingly as you’ll need a little extra time getting there.

  • Guests of the welcome party are NOT required to pay for entrance to the festival. Simply mention that you are headed to The Spur for the Wallace/Richmond Welcome party and they will let you through. The closest entry gate to the Spur and best to use is located at 4th and Main Street. Use this entrance if possible.

  • If you’re staying at one of our hotel blocks we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft to The Spur. Alternatively, you could catch the Arts Festival free shuttle from Park City High School or Park City Mountain Resort pick up locations. More info here. 

  • If you’re driving up from the Salt Lake Valley, we recommend taking the free Festival shuttles to Main Street. You can park and ride from Park City High School or Park City Mountain Resort. More info here. As you know parking around Main Street can be limited and they do block the main drag for the festival.

SATURDAY

GUEST SHUTTLES

  • From Park City Peaks: Door-to-door transportation will be provided on the wedding day. Shuttles from Park City Peaks will depart promptly at 2:30 PM. At the end of the night, shuttles will depart from the wedding venue at 9:45 PM and 11:15 PM.

  • From DoubleTree - The Yarrow: Door-to-door transportation will be provided on the wedding day. Shuttles from DoubleTree - The Yarrow will depart promptly at 3:00 PM. At the end of the night, shuttles will depart from the wedding venue at 9:45 PM and 11:15 PM.

  • From Black Rock Mountain Resort: Door-to-door transportation will be provided on the wedding day. Shuttles from Black Rock Mountain Resort will depart promptly at 3:10 PM. At the end of the night, shuttles will depart from the wedding venue at 9:45 PM and 11:15 PM.

    DRIVING YOURSELF TO THE RANCH

    There will be ample parking on-site at the ranch for those wishing to drive themselves to the event.

    THE WEDDING
    Semi-formal with a mountain flair. Boots & comfortable footwear highly encouraged.     We’re in the Uinta Mountain Range so when the sun sets it cools down quite a bit. — You may want a jacket to keep the party going after dark with us!

    10:00 - 11:00 PM SILENT DISCO AT THE RANCH
    11:45 pm — Party may unofficially continue on main street in park city
